A big warm welcome to our brand new blog! We’re really excited that we now have an outlet where we can open discussions with our fabulous Eclipse family as well the wider gymnastics community. We will be posting articles about a whole bunch of different things from the fantastic benefits of gymnastics and some interesting facts you might not know, to things like like gymnast biographies and skills of the week.
We absolutely would love for you guys to get involved in the comments section and let us know any questions, feedback or ideas we might be able to write about. Our first post will be coming on Monday, June 4th - stay tuned!

I appreciated how the author managed to organise the information logically. The tone is professional without being too formal or difficult to read. I read several articles on this topic and this seemed among the most complete. It is a text that remains useful even after the first reading.
