LEVELS
In the levels program, gymnasts train from 2 - 6 hours per week and have the opportunity to compete if they wish to do so. Our club competition for levels 1 – 3 is held within the club while the Gymstar program, consisting of 6 levels, offers gymnasts the opportunity to compete in external competitions.
COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
Our competitive programs are by invitation only. Gymnasts in these programs train from 9 - 16 hours per week for State and National level competitions.
We have a proven record of success having won 22 team and individual State titles from 2002-2011.
Monette Russo, (left) World Gymnastics Championships Team (2003) and Individual all around Bronze medallist (2005) and Commonwealth Games Team Gold medallist (2006), commenced and trained with Eclipse for 2 years in our competitive program before being selected to train at the Victorian Institute of Gymnastics.
